CAPITOR RU EN EL

How it works

One scenario and six screens

The easiest way to show CAPITOR is one ordinary chore — the internet bill. In a planner it's a task, in a finance app it's a payment, in a report it's a number. In CAPITOR it is one record that travels through every screen on its own.

Scenario

The internet bill: from a line to a report

STEP 1 · TASKS

Type it as one line

In the "What needs doing?" field on the Tasks screen: Pay internet 45 $ every month on the 5th #Home !1. CAPITOR picks up the amount, the repeat, the due date, the project and the priority — the task is created, and it already has an amount, an account and a category.

STEP 2 · TODAY

On the day, it's on the home screen

Today shows the balance, the day's tasks and upcoming payments. Anything overdue rises to the top and is marked — it can't slip past.

STEP 3 · THE TICK

Tick it — the payment is logged

One tap. The task closes, a transaction "Internet · Home" appears in Finance, the account balance drops by 45. Nothing to enter twice. Next month the task is already waiting with a new date.

STEP 4 · REPORTS

See where it went

In Reports the payment sits under "Home", the spending calendar highlights the day with its amount, and the health screen shows what such "small things" cost over a year.

  • Transactions, transfers, recurring payments
  • Statement import: CSV, Excel, PDF, text, screenshot
Capital screen

Reports screen

  • Financial health: the index and what drags it down
Calendar screen

  • A map of spending by day — expensive days stand out
  • Payments and tasks on their dates
  • The week starts the way your country does

Three more screens open from the header: 100 goals for the year with micro-steps and a daily track, the Journal for thoughts that needn't become tasks, and Financial health — what the small things cost per year.

Entry

Four ways not to type things in by hand

AS A LINE

The way you'd say it

coffee 4, rent 1200 on the 5th every month, call the bank tomorrow !2 — CAPITOR parses the amount, date, repeat and priority in six languages.

BY VOICE

The microphone button at the bottom

Speech is recognised on the device; audio is never uploaded. The result is the same line as typing it.

FROM A STATEMENT

File, text or screenshot

Finance → Import statement: a CSV or Excel file from your bank, a PDF, pasted text or a screenshot of your banking app. Categories are suggested, duplicates flagged.

ON REPEAT

Once, then forever

A recurring payment or a repeating task creates the next one itself. Subscriptions live in their own list with charge dates.
