CAPITOR RU

Money and planner · one app

Tick the task —
the payment is logged.

Your to-do list has no idea what you spent. Your budget has no idea what you meant to do. CAPITOR is one app where a task can be a payment: tick off "pay the internet bill" and the transaction writes itself, balance and all.

Launching this September. One email when it opens — and a free year of Premium for being here before anyone else.

Why another app

Trackers tell you where the money went. That isn't enough.

There are dozens of expense trackers and they all do the same thing. CAPITOR differs in three ways — and each one exists because without it people abandon budgeting in the second week.

Task = payment

Money lives where the plans are

"Pay the nursery 45", "renew the insurance", "tax due by the 15th" — each is a task and a payment at once. In CAPITOR that's one record, not two in different apps.

The whole picture

What you actually have

Accounts, deposits, belongings with a full inventory, debts — as a single net worth figure. You see not just what drains away, but what grows.

Your data

Works with no connection

Everything is stored on the device. Cloud backup, AI insights and desktop sync are switched on by you — never on by default.

A habit turns into capital

It isn't about the coffee. It's that nobody ever added it up.

Quit smoking, stop taking taxis, skip the delivery — CAPITOR tracks it as a habit, puts the money saved aside, and shows what it grows into. Move the sliders.

If you saved and invested it

€27,844

That's what you'd have in 10 years by not spending €5 a day and putting it away at 8% a year.

Simply saved€18,264
Earned as interest€9,580

The same calculation lives inside the app — except there it runs on your real habit, from the day you actually gave it up.

Privacy

A finance app that works on a plane

What you earn and what you owe isn't something to hand over in exchange for convenience. So CAPITOR is built the other way around: the device first, and the network only where you switched it on yourself.

  • 01Everything is stored on your device and works offline. The app is fully usable without a single network request.
  • 02Cloud backup is your choice. Until you turn it on, nothing leaves the device.
  • 03Voice is recognised on the device. The audio is never sent to a server.
  • 04AI insights are opt-in and only ever see what you send for analysis.
  • 05You can delete your account from inside the app — along with everything held in the cloud.

Questions

What people usually ask

How is this different from an ordinary expense tracker?

Because a task and a payment are one record here, not two. “Pay the internet bill, 29” lives in your to-do list; tick it off and the transaction is written for you and moves the account balance. Expense trackers have no tasks, planners have no money, so people end up running two apps — and that is usually where budgeting gets abandoned.

Does my data really stay on my phone?

By default, yes: everything is stored on the device and works offline. Cloud backup, AI insights and desktop sync are switched on by you and do nothing until you do. Voice entry is recognised on the device itself — the audio is never uploaded.

What does it cost?

Nothing. There will be no advertising in 2026. A paid subscription arrives in 2027 and everything essential stays free. Leave your email before launch and you get a year of Premium for nothing.

Does it work without an internet connection?

Completely. Accounts, transactions, tasks, reports and net worth are all computed on the device. The network is only needed for exchange rates and for the features you switched on yourself.

Do I have to type in every expense by hand?

No. Paste the text of a bank statement or drop in a screenshot of your banking app and the transactions sort themselves into categories. You can also dictate them, or type a plain sentence: “pay the nursery 45 tomorrow”.

Which devices does it run on?

iPhone, Android and the browser, sharing the same data once sync is on. There is a desktop version for Windows and macOS.

Which currencies does it support?

Any, including several at once: each account has its own currency, rates update themselves, and totals are converted to your main one.
